Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned, unless required by Australian Consumer Law:

How to Return an Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging

Include the completed return form (if applicable)

Clearly attach or write the return address on the parcel

Send the return using a postal or courier service of your choice
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.
VYBE Sydney is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or sent without tracking.

Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
