Once you’re ready to place your order, review your cart, adjust quantities if needed, and proceed to checkout. After an order is placed, processing begins immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. For this reason, changes may no longer be possible once processing has started.


1. Shipping Costs

VYBE Sydney offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Order Tracking

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link (Track & Trace).

Using this link, you can follow your shipment until delivery.
Please allow several hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


3. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days

  • Some items are shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners

  • In certain cases, delivery may take up to 10–15 business days, depending on product availability and destination

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier performance, or customs processing.


4. If You Are Not Available at Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your order, the parcel may be redirected to a nearby pickup point or postal facility.

You will receive a notification with instructions on where and when your parcel can be collected.
If the shipment is not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe, it may be returned to the sender.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

VYBE Sydney is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Lost or Stolen Shipments

If tracking information shows that a parcel has been delivered, it is considered received.

If you believe your order has been lost or stolen, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@vybe-sydney.com.
We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.


7. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
